  • Florida Institute for Reform and Empowerment, tenants??? rights experts, and thousands of community members understand that as a tenant, you may not always understand where your rights lie with your landlord or property manager. Join us as we cover details on how to be prepared to take action if you feel your rights as a tenant are being violated. Food and drinks will be provided! ??
• Topics??will include, but are not limited to:
  • Understanding your lease
  • What to do if you have an issue with the neighbors
  • What to do if your landlord won???t return your security deposit
  • Facing eviction
  • Deposits
  • What to do if your landlord won???t make repairs and do you have the right to withhold rent
